Bell Audi in Edison, NJ is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Associates to join our luxury dealership. This full-time, in-person role offers a strong earning potential through commissions and performance incentives, plus comprehensive training and benefits.

You will handle showroom traffic, internet inquiries, and referrals, build relationships, and close sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Proven ability to work internet and phone leads.
• Strong follow-up, closing, and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by commission and performance targets.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Organized with CRM usage and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Holds a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Work showroom customers, internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals.
• Build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Match customers with the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Present Audi vehicles, features, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
• Set appointments and follow up with customers to maintain pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Stay informed on Audi inventory, incentives, and promotions.
• Exceed monthly sales goals and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
