Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive finance-selling process, managing lender portfolios, ensuring timely paperwork flow, and supporting the sales team to achieve goals while upholding professional

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround on deals.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Demonstrate professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.
