Pohanka Honda of Boerne is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our new state-of-the-art facility. You will develop and optimize the finance process, coordinate with lenders, and ensure timely processing of deals.

This role emphasizes customer service, ethics, and collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate has automotive finance experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize finance profitability and product penetration.

• Support the sales department in achieving its goals with a professional approach.
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team on proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overallprofitability and product penetration
• Track portfolio with lenders
• Review and inspect the flow of thedepartment’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achievingits goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive financeexperience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
