Responsibilities

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aptitude for non-major machine maintenance.
• Proficiency with the metric system and basic math/reading comprehension.
• Certified to operate powered industrial equipment (tow motor/forklift).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (including overhead) and maneuver material rolls weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Physical capability to stand, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate raised work platforms throughout the shift.
• Self-starter with prioritization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or sanitary packaging environments is highly preferred.
