About Strut Daddy's

Strut Daddy's is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join its team in Roxboro, NC. This role is for an advisor who creates opportunities, follows up consistently, builds customer trust, and takes ownership of results.

At least 5 years of automotive repair industry experience is required, along with the ability to manage customer relationships, estimates, service recommendations, and sales in a fast-paced independent repair shop.

The position offers $80,000–$100,000+ in annual earning potential through a base salary plus bonus opportunities, along with 100% employee health insurance coverage, paid holidays, paid training, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and guide customers through the automotive repair process
