Job summary

G & C Auto Body in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our expanding team. You will assess damage, prepare accurate estimates, communicate with customers, and coordinate with technicians to achieve timely, high-quality repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year estimating in a shop, proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell, and a strong customer-service mindset. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.
• Working with direct repair programs; DRP is preferred.
• Excellent customer service/sales background.
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once.
• Attention to detail/Positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Estimate auto body repairs and prepare accurate estimates.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in DRP-related processes and vendor communications.
