Job summary

G&C Auto Body is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Collision Technician for our Pacheco, CA shop. This is not an entry level role; candidates must have solid experience in collision repair and be able to handle teardown, reassembly, and finish work.

You will work with top-of-the-line equipment, enjoy consistent hours, and participate in ongoing training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid holidays and PTO, and life/AD&D insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization
• I-CAR certifications a plus
• Read and interpret repair orders
• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Grind, sand and fill repair panels
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair

We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!

BENEFITS:

• Pay: $80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from 2400 to 4500 per month)
