Job summary

Growth Solutions Team is recruiting experienced attorneys in Towson, MD to build and grow a practice within an established platform. You will have direct client contact, responsibility, and opportunities to develop business and advance within the firm.

Candidates should have a J.D., Maryland bar, at least four years' experience in relevant fields (corporate, estate planning, family law, litigation). Portable business is not required, but welcome, with strong client management and

Experienced Attorneys - Litigation, Family Law, Estates and Trusts, Business/Corporate

Towson, Maryland

Compensation: $125,000–$225,000 annually + incentive compensation, based on experience, practice area, and business development

Growth Solutions Team has been retained by an established and growing Maryland law firm seeking experienced attorneys who want the opportunity to build their practice, develop client relationships, and advance within a larger firm platform.

The firm is interested in attorneys practicing in areas including:

• Business and Corporate Law
• Estate Planning and Elder Law
• Commercial and Civil Litigation
• Family Law
• Other complementary practice areas

This opportunity is particularly well suited for an experienced attorney who has strong legal and client-management skills and wants greater responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to develop a book of business.

An existing portable book of business is not required. Attorneys with an existing book or established client relationships are welcome, but the firm will also consider experienced attorneys who have the skills, relationships, and entrepreneurial interest to develop and grow a practice over time.
