Accu-Crete is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead structured concrete projects in Kansas City, KS. You will plan sequencing with the Project Manager and Superintendent, manage safety, schedules, and communications with clients and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM for concrete projects, a related degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6/MS Project. Excellent coordination and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on multi-family or commercial projects.
Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering or equivalent (or equivalent work experience) is required.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools (Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam, Adobe, Procore, PlanGrid, AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project).

Responsibilities

Provide overall management direction for structured concrete projects in collaboration with the project Superintendent.
Plan project objectives, monitor construction activity, and ensure safety and production targets.
Coordinate with Architects, clients, and laborers; manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Maintain detailed weekly schedules and monitor labor, materials, and costs.
Support field teams with daily reports and field data collection.
