• Professional case management or investigations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and assess complex cases involving vulnerable adults 18+ who may be abused, neglected, or exploited.
• Travel extensively as required to fulfill time frames and duties.
• Prepare comprehensive progress notes, plans, risk and safety assessments, and closure summaries.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide information to community agencies.
