Job summary

Living Well Homes is seeking an experienced, full-time apartment Property Manager to oversee one of our properties in Kansas. The candidate should have a proven track record in property management and renovation experience.

You will lead a team, advertise units, conduct tenant screenings, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely rent collection, while maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction. This role is in-person with a Monday–Friday schedule and benefits including dental and vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Manager experience (required).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, direct and support a team of employees including Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, and a Maintenance Team.
• Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
• Perform tenant screenings
• Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
• Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
