Job summary

Foshee Residential is seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician (Level III) for our Rabun Gap, GA community. The role involves hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with a focus on timely service requests and strong customer service for residents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, EPA & HVAC certification, and the ability to troubleshoot appliances and building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs.
• EPA & HVAC certification required.
• Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Appliance troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems.
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all OSHA and safety regulations.
• Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
• Train for advancement to a Maintenance IV position.

What You’ll Do

• Performgeneral maintenance and repairsincludingHVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Troubleshoot and repairappliances and building systems

What We’re Looking For
