Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready units.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot maintenance-related issues.
• Assist with groundskeeping and porter duties as needed.
• Support the onsite maintenance team in daily operations.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role

Preferred but Not Required

• HVAC experience
• Carpentry experience
• Appliance repair and troubleshooting experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions, including sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
