What You'll Be Doing

What It Takes to Succeed

6+ Maintenance experience in apartment, residential, commercial, retail, or hotel environments

Experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs

Basic hand tools

Strong troubleshooting skills

Reliable and dependable work ethic

Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role

Preferred but Not Required

HVAC experience

Carpentry experience

Appliance repair and troubleshooting experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions, including sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and reaching

Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
