Johnson and Johnson, MedTech Electrophysiology, Inc. is recruiting for an Analyst Compensation & Execution, located in Irvine, CA.
The Analyst, Compensation & Execution is responsible for providing a wide range of business support including analysis and project management required to enable business decision support and incentive compensation program administration.
This role plays an important role in assisting the compensation manager and commercial leadership in developing sales incentive solutions and field sales quota planning. This individual is also responsible for executing the approved compensation program and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Health Care Compliance (HCC), Human Resources (HR) policies, and other related requirements.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing, and at least 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in compensation administration or a related role. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the medical device or healthcare field, and prior analyst experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
This position offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package, including potential bonuses, benefits, and time off. Remote work opportunities may be available.
