Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
  
  
• Valid driver’s license (clean record—no points in the last 3 years)
  
  
• 21 years or older
  
  
• 1+ years of HVAC experience REQUIRED
  
  
• 1-2 years of air duct and dryer vent cleaning experience preferred
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and solid math skills (know how to calculate square footage)
  
  
• Comfortable with ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and roofs
  
  
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  
  
• Professional appearance and communication skills
  
  
• Willing to speak with clients and recommend additional services
  
  
• Must obtain NADCA and AEROSEAL certification within 12 months of employment
  
  
• Able to run a daily route independently and communicate clearly with the team
  
  

Schedule:

• Full-Time
  
  
• Monday–Friday, plus 1 Saturday per month
  
  
• 8-hour shifts
  
  

Compensation & Perks:

• $18.50–$21.50/hr (Based on experience)
