We are seeking a skilled, motivated Air Duct Cleaning Technician with HVAC experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and seeks long-term career growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no points in the last 3 years)
• 21 years or older
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience
• Preferred: 1-2 years of air duct and dryer vent cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail and solid math skills (e.g., calculating square footage)
• Comfortable working with ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and roofs
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Willing to speak with clients and recommend additional services
• Must obtain NADCA and AEROSEAL certifications within 12 months of employment
• Ability to run a daily route independently and communicate effectively with the team

Job Details:

• Full-Time position
• 8-hour shifts
• Salary: $18.50–$21.50/hr based on experience
