Pinch is hiring experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners in Virginia to deliver concierge aesthetic care in clients' homes. This role offers autonomy, high earnings, and a supportive Pinch network, with onboarding and clinical guidance.

Ideal candidates have VA APRN licensure, injectables experience, and a track record in aesthetics, plus the ability to treat 10–50 clients per month as schedules allow.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia State APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in clinical settings (med spa, derm, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow the book.

Requirements

Who we're looking for

Required

• Active Virginia State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
