Pinch Med, Inc. seeks an experienced Aesthetic APRN to join its concierge home-visit program in Maryland on a part-time, 1099 basis.

You will perform neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare services with autonomy, while following Pinch clinical protocols and benefitting from onboarding, ongoing education, and ongoing clinical support. You'll set your schedule, manage your own client load (10–50/month), and receive malpractice coverage, marketing support, and access to

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced via Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain patient documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Manage supplies and follow Pinch protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams to grow your book.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
  • Neurotoxin injections (tox)
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Maryland APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Training & support

This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
