Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking an Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for Illinois on a 1099 basis. This role offers above-market pay, flexible scheduling, and autonomy, delivering concierge aesthetic care in clients' homes with strong clinical standards.

You will inject neurotoxins, perform microneedling and peels, manage documentation, and grow your book through Pinch platforms and networking while upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience with neurotoxin injections and comfort treating independently.
• Previous aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow your book.

What you’ll do:

• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records

• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Illinois APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Training & support

This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
