Pinch Med, Inc. is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) for concierge aesthetics in Massachusetts on a 1099, part-time basis.

You’ll deliver safe, high-quality injectable treatments and skincare experiences in clients’ homes, following Pinch protocols and best practices. You’ll control your schedule, build your client book, and collaborate with the Pinch clinical/support team.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts APRN license required.
• Injectables experience with neurotoxin injections preferred.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, concierge) desirable.
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care (neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels).
• Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences.
• Treat clients sourced via Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and clinical/support team.

Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) — Concierge Aesthetics (1099) | Massachusetts

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
• Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Massachusetts State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Training & support

This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
