Pinch Med Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Michigan for part-time concierge services. You’ll deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments at client homes, operate under Pinch protocols, and manage your own patient experience with autonomy and support.

You will be part of a provider network with top-of-market pay, flexible scheduling, and access to marketing and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, peels, and skincare.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain documentation and client records; manage supplies.
• Follow Pinch protocols and collaborate with providers and clinical support.
• Grow your client book using the Pinch platform.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
• Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Michigan State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Training & support

This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
