Pinch is redefining concierge aesthetics by delivering treatments to clients' homes in Maryland. As an Experienced Aesthetic APRN injector, you’ll join a trusted brand, enjoy above-market pay, flexible part-time scheduling, and autonomy while following Pinch protocols.

You’ll perform neurotoxin injections, microneedling, and chemical peels, manage client records, and grow your book through your network and Pinch marketing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care including:
• Neurotoxin injections (tox)
• Microneedling
• Chemical peels
• Skincare + at-home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

Required:

• Active Maryland APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
