Job summary

Pinch is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Injector (APRN) in Pennsylvania to deliver concierge aesthetic services in clients' homes. This role offers top-of-market pay with no overhead, flexible scheduling, and a supportive practice community.

You will inject neurotoxins, perform microneedling and peels, and maintain client records in line with Pinch standards. Ideal candidates hold active PA APRN license, aesthetics experience, and a proven ability to build a patient base;

• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

What you'll do:

• Deliver safe, high‑quality concierge aesthetic care including:
  • Neurotoxin injections (tox)
  • Microneedling
  • Chemical peels
  • Skincare + at‑home facial experiences
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and your personal network
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records
• Manage supplies responsibly
• Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow your book

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

Required:

• Active Pennsylvania State APRN license
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)
