EY is seeking an CT Engineering Product Experience Leader to drive customer-centric digital experiences across EY's technology suite. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape an experience strategy, and partner with Adobe and alliance partners to deliver personalized, data-informed solutions.

You will manage global design studios, engage with clients and industry bodies, and define operating models that scale UX excellence across multiple journeys and platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; leadership and innovation experience in technology.
• Experience partnering with executive clients and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in design studios and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Formulating 'experience innovation' vision, strategy, capability and operating model.
• Devising tech products and solutions with high-quality customer experiences informed by data.
• Designing and implementing personalization tools across channels and journeys.
• Equipping and managing global design studios for client experience and co-creation.
• Engaging with clients, partners, analysts, academia and industry bodies to promote EY.
• Collaborating across business units to formalize partner ecosystems and go-to-market.
