You will lead behavioral science studies, design experiments, manage the full research lifecycle from proposals to reporting, and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology or related field.
Experience leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact.
End-to-end research experience: study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead research initiatives aligned with business strategy using behavioral science methods.
Design and execute studies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Manage the complete research lifecycle from proposals to insights delivery.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences and levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant research questions.
Deliver focused, actionable insights to support executive decision making.
Partner with design, product management, economists, and scientists to develop end-to-end solutions.
