Experience Partner for Banking & Financial Services - Senior Manager (Remote)

Job Summary: The Experience Partner in Banking and Capital Markets leads Sales Solutioning Storytelling and Account Servicing for Cognizant Moment. Their goal is to understand client needs, activate Cognizant Moment capabilities, craft compelling stories to persuade clients, and nurture relationships for growth and additional sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate Demand: Understand industry trends, craft sales plans, and develop pipelines of opportunities, including problem statement development for clients in banking and capital markets.
2. Build Solutions: Lead pursuit teams, structure deals, and handle pricing to solve client problems with tailored solutions.
3. Client Advisory: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on growth within banking and capital markets, including sales, marketing, and product divisions.
4. Client Satisfaction & Thought Leadership: Ensure client satisfaction and proactively provide insights to anticipate market trends.
5. Collaborate Across Cognizant: Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs, including planning and managing existing accounts and working with consulting and service lines to deploy the best talent and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strategic problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and understanding of banking and capital markets.
• Ability to travel as needed and possess executive presence and communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial acumen, including sales opportunity qualification and proposal development.

Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary ranges from $97,000 to $110,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), disability coverage, parental leave, and stock purchase plans. Salary and benefits are subject to change.
