Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead associate development, onboarding, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Support Services as needed when Experience Leader is unavailable.
• Delegate daily tasks and supervise as Leader on Duty.
• Promote store events, adoptions, vet partnerships, and clinics.
• Back up POS operations and cash handling with accuracy.
