Qualifications

Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
10+ years of leadership and innovation experience in the technology sector.
Consulting skills and C-suite executive client engagement experience with global brands.
Design studio management and tactical work involving design thinking and user experience.

Responsibilities

Formulating ‘experience innovation’ vision, strategy, capability and operating model.
Devising technological products and solutions defined by exceptional quality experiences that are informed by data.
Designing, developing and implementing an experience layer of tools and technologies with personalization.
Engaging with clients and their customers to promote EY as a leader in Experience.
