Job summary

Bars & Recreation in Milwaukee seeks Crew Members who will act as hospitality ambassadors across its activity-based experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, bartend, and assist with events while maintaining a safe, fun environment.

Leverage cross-training across venues, manage check-ins, and deliver excellent guest experiences. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays, with Saturday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders while guiding them through offerings.
• Bartend, prepare snacks, deliver food and beverages.
• Train guests in activities and ensure safety.
• Assist with Custom Events and upsell offerings.
