You’ll own the guest experience from greeting to final check, guiding pairings and ensuring accurate orders on a handheld POS, while maintaining energy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving experience in a restaurant with above-average volume.
• Preferred: 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Experience using a handheld POS system and handling cash/credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the guest experience — anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
• Greet every guest promptly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Accurately take and enter orders into our handheld POS system.
• Confidently recommend food and beverage pairings that elevate the experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties; maintain tables and beverage quality.
• Serve alcohol responsibly — card guests and recognize signs of intoxication.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and managers.
