Salesforce is seeking a skilled UX writer/content designer to join a product-focused team. You’ll shape the voice across features, decks, and field-facing materials, working in an agile sprint to ship polished, high-quality content that guides users and aligns with product decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product leads on feature design and prototyping, contributing UX writing, IA, and content direction.
• Translate product thinking into clear narratives for field, ops, and leadership audiences.
• Own voice, tone, and content standards for team output, including skills copy and field materials.
• Build and maintain lightweight design and content guidelines for the team to use.
• Design polished decks and communications for field CSMs to executives.
• Audit assets and propose updates to align experiences with documentation.
