Job summary

Travelers' Experience Design (XD) team seeks a Lead Experience Designer to drive strategy across management liability value stream, collaborating with product, engineering, data and business stakeholders to deliver inclusive, valuable experiences for customers, agents, policyholders, and employees.

You will work on a mix of legacy and AI-powered platforms, modernizing systems and shaping new AI-native experiences from the ground up, within an Agile, human-centered design process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience.
Four years of related experience.
Strong UX/experience design background with research and strategy.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design research and design of products and services.
Plan and conduct mixed-methods user research and usability testing.
Communicate design direction and rationale to stakeholders.
Apply Travelers Design System and Agile methodology.
