Job summary

Credera is seeking an Experience Design Analyst (Design Engineering) in Addison, TX. You will join teams at the intersection of design and engineering to create scalable web experiences and design systems.

You’ll work with designers, researchers, and engineers across the project lifecycle, building accessible, responsive applications and reusable components while applying best practices and user-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Informatics, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience with modern front-end development frameworks and tools.
• Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to relocate to a Credera office location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers to bring digital experiences to life.
• Work through discovery, ideation, to implementation and delivery.
• Build responsive, scalable, accessible web applications.
• Leverage modern web frameworks and tools to create engaging experiences.
• Create reusable component libraries and design system elements.
• Apply accessibility standards and development best practices.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetings.
• Support user experience testing and iterative product improvement.
• Learn from experts and incorporate feedback into your work.
• Present recommendations and solutions to project teams and client stakeholders.
