Credera in the United States is seeking a Designer who is passionate about craft and eager to grow within our Experience Design practice. You will sweat the details and deliver high-impact digital experiences across projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You are early in your career but bring fundamentals, a sharp eye, and a curiosity about how great experiences come together. This role values storytelling, usability, accessibility, and a product mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of UX/UI, product design, or digital marketing.
• Portfolio shows strong craft, strategic thinking, and digital design foundation.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with standard design, collaboration, and prototyping tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI, and basic interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of responsive design, visual design systems, and human-centered design.
• Growing fluency in accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, researchers, or product partners.
• Interest in using AI-enabled tools to support ideation, exploration, synthesis, and production tasks.
• Experience in internships, agency environments, consulting, freelance, or in-house digital product teams is a plus.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or advanced prototyping skills are a plus.
