Job summary

White Elephant Aspen, a luxury boutique property, seeks Winter Seasonal Guest Services Specialists to welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and provide smooth transportation in our hotel fleet. You’ll be the first impression, delivering anticipatory service in a world-class mountain destination.

You’ll coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk and Bell teams to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, share local recommendations, and help guests enjoy Aspen’s powder days and scenic

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3+ years).
• Experience in high-altitude, snowy environments preferred.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of Aspen area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services.
• Provide safe transportation within Aspen using hotel vehicles.

As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the face of White Elephant Aspen — welcoming guests, handling luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing smooth, safe transportation in our fleet of hotel vehicles. You’ll support seamless arrivals and departures, offer knowledgeable local recommendations, and help guests get the most out of their Aspen experience — whether it’s a powder day on the slopes or a bike ride through scenic trails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to rooms, providing an overview of hotel services and amenities
• Provide safe and courteous transportation throughout Aspen, including to/from the airport
• Assist with luggage handling, guest deliveries, and amenity preparation
• Operate seasonal services like ski and bike valet
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of hotel vehicles and public areas
• Collaborate with Concierge, Front Desk, and Bell teams to ensure a seamless guest journey

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (3+ years)
• A genuine passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in high-altitude, snowy conditions
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred
• Knowledge of Aspen and surrounding areas preferred
• Familiarity with ski/bike equipment preferred
