Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or related industry.
• Experience with customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Activation & Engagement: Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.
• Plan Impactful Events: Execute regional events that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
• Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customer segments to support growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations that exceed expectations.
• Showcase Technical Expertise: Tailor Lutron solutions to diverse audiences and customer needs.
• Support Training Programs: Partner with the LCI team on trainings and specification trips.
• Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure the Experience Center reflects Lutron's world-class standards.
• Manage Operations: Coordinate budgets, facility improvements, and on-site initiatives.
• Leverage Customer Insights: Track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.
• Communicate Business Results: Report actionable insights and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Manage multiple priorities and drive measurable business results.

In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the center's performance; this includes driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry required
• Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred
• Youare authorized towork in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, eitherimmediatelyor at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

Starting pay: $100,000.00/yr to $120,000.00/yr; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
