Job summary

Lutron Electronics seeks an Experience Center Supervisor in Chicago, IL to lead the Experience Center operations. You will own the center’s performance, drive traffic, support sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer experiences.

The role emphasizes organizing events, leveraging customer insights, and coordinating cross-center initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in related industries, Salesforce experience, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
• You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship for work visa.

• Plan Impactful Events: Execute regional events that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
• Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customer segments to support growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations that exceed expectations.
• Showcase Technical Expertise: Tailor Lutron solutions to diverse audiences and customer needs.
• Support Training Programs: Partner with the LCI team on trainings and specification trips.
• Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure the Experience Center reflects Lutron’s world-class standards.
• Manage Operations: Coordinate budgets, facility improvements, and on-site initiatives.
• Leverage Customer Insights: Track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.
• Communicate Business Results: Report actionable insights and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Manage multiple priorities and drive measurable business results.

Starting pay: $85,000.00/yr to $120,000.00/yr;
