Job summary

Lutron Electronics Company, Inc in Chicago, IL seeks an Experience Center Supervisor to lead our Experience Center operations. You will own the full lifecycle of the center's performance, drive traffic, support sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer interactions.

Responsibilities include planning regional events, expanding market reach, conducting product demonstrations, tailoring solutions, and coordinating training and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry required.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Drive Activation & Engagement: Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.
• Plan Impactful Events: Execute regional events that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
• Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customer segments to support growth.
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations that exceed expectations.
• Showcase Technical Expertise: Tailor Lutron solutions to diverse audiences and customer needs.
• Support Training Programs: Partner with the LCI team on trainings and specification trips.
• Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure the Experience Center reflects Lutron's world-class standards.
• Manage Operations: Coordinate budgets, facility improvements, and on-site initiatives.
• Leverage Customer Insights: Track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.
• Communicate Business Results: Report actionable insights and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Manage multiple priorities and drive measurable business results.
