The Experience Analyst partners with leaders to design, implement, and optimize surveys, dashboards, reporting, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year supporting CX/EX programs required.
• 2+ years of experience with Qualtrics or similar XM platform required.
• Qualtrics Level 2 Certification in CX/EX required.
