Summary:

The Expeditor/Runner plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and dining room. This position is responsible for facilitating clear communication between kitchen staff and servers, ensuring food is prepared and presented accurately and efficiently, and delivering dishes to guests promptly and professionally. The Expeditor/Runner ensures high‑quality service and supports the overall dining experience at the country club.

Requirements

Work Environment:

The expeditor/runner works in a well‑lighted, clean environment. S/he constantly interacts with other people and may have to handle several responsibilities at once.
