Genesis Hospitality is seeking experienced and team-oriented candidates for this high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. The candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. This role focuses on expediting kitchen workflow and ensuring orders flow from the kitchen to the servers.

Key duties include finishing plates, packaging takeout orders, preparing desserts, and maintaining an organized expeditor area. Training and competitive compensation are provided.

Competenze

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.

Mansioni

• Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen.
• Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks.
• Finishing all plates.
• Finishing and packaging all takeout orders.
• Getting desserts together for the servers.
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
