Brunel in the United States is seeking an Expeditor to manage post-purchase activities ensuring equipment and materials are manufactured, inspected, shipped, and delivered on schedule. You will work with suppliers, engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, and project teams to identify delays early and drive recovery actions.

Qualificações

• Experience in expediting, procurement, or vendor management on large industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing schedules and inspections.
• Experience with long-lead equipment and critical path items.
• Ability to push suppliers to recover schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor supplier performance and track manufacturing progress against schedules and milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to confirm production status and delivery commitments.
• Track long-lead and critical equipment to keep milestones on schedule.
• Follow up on overdue materials, documentation, and supplier actions.
• Monitor vendor engineering documents to avoid delays in manufacturing or shipment.
• Coordinate with Quality and suppliers to ensure inspections and testing are completed on schedule.
• Identify potential delays and work with suppliers to develop recovery plans.
• Escalate schedule risks and delays before they impact project dates.
• Track equipment from manufacturing through factory release and delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and freight forwarders to support on-time shipment.
• Prepare and maintain material status and expediting reports.
• Provide regular updates to project, procurement, and engineering teams.
• Participate in supplier expediting reviews to drive issue resolution.
