Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a Supervisor for the Bulk/Retail Pack Out department. You will lead the team, train staff, ensure accurate packaging of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products, and maintain efficient operation of processing equipment while upholding HACCP and GMP standards.

This 1st shift role starts at 4:45am. Education/Experience required: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Lead the Bulk/Retail Pack out department ensuring accurate packaging of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products.
• Guide and train staff to maintain efficient production flows and packaging quality.
• Confirm HACCP and GMP guidelines are followed throughout the Pack out process.

This position is 1st shift. Start time is 4:45am.

The pay range for this position is $27.00/HR to $27.68/HR.

Summary:

Responsible for leading the Bulk/Retail Pack out department in the efficient and accurate processing of Division 3 Bulk/Retail Product.

• Responsible for guiding, training, and leading their team to ensure the accurate and efficient packaging of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products.
• Responsible for the continuous and efficient operation of all departmental processing equipment.
• Verify HACCP and internal GMP guidelines are followed as well as the integrity of all products throughout the Pack out Process.
• Directs multiple staff to handle varying production flows of Bulk/Retail products within the Pack Out Department.
• Ability to learn, modify and make adjustments to departmental equipment.
• Ability to lead, be a teacher, and create a positive work environment.

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
