Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail to ensure quality food and accurate orders in a fast-paced restaurant. You will help maintain station cleanliness, follow prep sheets, and uphold sanitation standards while supporting a cooperative kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Follows prep sheets and recipes accurately.
• Verifies food quality and order accuracy.
• Monitors product levels and communicates needs.
• Adheres to FIFO and product rotation.
• Maintains sanitation standards throughout shift.
• Communicates effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibits teamwork.

Responsibilities
