Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor who has an eye for detail and knows quality food when they see it. You will ensure portion sizes, maintain station cleanliness, and verify order accuracy in a high-volume kitchen.

As part of our Roadies, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, follow prep sheets and recipes, and communicate needs to the team. We offer weekly pay and a strong total rewards package after one year of service.

• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Understands and properly executes prep sheets and recipes.
• Validates food quality and confirms order accuracy.
