Responsibilities

• Exceed standards to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience.
• Know every dish on the menu, ingredients, plating, and ticket times.
• Ensure orders are prepared with correct priority.
• Assist in final preparation and garnishes.
• Communicate effectively with food runners and servers for timely delivery.
• Relay important information between kitchen and front of house as it relates to guest requests.
