Gravity Haus is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Expeditor to support our fast-paced culinary operations and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience. You’ll connect the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring every dish leaves the pass perfectly timed, presented, and ready to impress.

Ideal candidates have expeditor or food runner experience in high-volume settings, strong communication, multitasking under pressure, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous expeditor or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-first mentality; willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Check every dish before it leaves the kitchen for presentation, temperature, completeness, and order accuracy.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow.
• Maintain Gravity Haus standards of excellence in presentation and quality.
• Relay information about special requests, dietary restrictions, or order changes between kitchen and servers.
• Assist in organizing the expo line, maintain cleanliness, and support service operations.
