Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC in Denver, PA is seeking an Expeditor Assistant to gather and deliver hardware to the plant to meet production needs and support daily operations. The role requires coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and assisting in safety and quality initiatives.

This is a 1st shift position starting at 7AM. The employee will interact with multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate materials for production and will contribute to efficient workflow across the plant.

Qualifications

• Concrete or construction experience is preferred.
• 3 years precast panel construction experience preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical and forklift certification required.
• Ability to work outside year round.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, receive, and deliver all materials for daily pouring.
• Receive all deliveries and process paperwork.
• Requisition and maintain inventory levels for hardware and consumables.
• Create requisitions for other departments.
• Maintain an organized work area and support 6S in other departments.
• Participate in monthly inventory to ensure hardware levels.
• Problem-solve and take action on safety/quality/productivity issues.
• Interact with all levels of the organization to achieve company goals.
• Meet production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material.

We have provided precast concrete structures and enclosure systems for a wide variety of projects including educational, government, multi‑unit residential, retail, sports complexes /stadiums, and parking garages.

High Concrete Group in Denver, PA is actively searching for an Expeditor Assistant. The Expeditor Assistant is responsible to gather and deliver all hardware to the plant as required to meet production needs. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the plant has the necessary materials to complete pieces accurately and efficiently per the production schedule.

• Interacts with all levels of the organization to achieve company goals
• Meets production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material
