We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and a keen sense of quality food.

Responsibilities

• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift
• Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes
• Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy
• Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs
• Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exhibit teamwork
